Oh man do I love the Birds! These guys are such wonderful clients turned friends, and this was the third year in a row I’ve had the privilege of documenting their sweet family. When I first photographed them they were only a family of four and it’s been so fun to watch their family grow (in size and number) over the years. This year when Amanda reached out she wanted to shoot somewhere in Box Elder County or Cache Valley, and just told me she wanted somewhere with a little bit of trees and some color. I took my kids location scouting in Mantua the day before our session and we discovered this gorgeous field of tall grass and wildflowers at the Box Elder Campground. I immediately knew it would be the perfect spot for them, and I think it’s safe to say I was right. 😉
The yellow wildflowers and white aspen trees were the perfect backgroud with their outfit colors, and I just kept saying how in love I was the whole time I was snapping photos. These kiddos are always so fun to photograph, and even though they got a little restless towards the end we were totally able to grab all the shots that me (and mom) wanted. I’m super thankful for return clients who trust me again and again to take their photos. Check out the cute Bird family below!
