Joslyn + Steven | St. Louis First Look

Bridals, Weddings

Last month I had the privilege of flying out to St. Louis, Missouri to spend a few days with Joslyn and Steven documenting their love. A few days before their wedding we did a first look / bridal session around the St. Louis temple, and it was so special to be able to capture these moments for them. Joslyn had written a sweet letter for Steven to read before he turned around to see her in her wedding dress, and that simple thing added so much emotion to the first look. Steven turned around and they immediately embraced, and I could feel their love for reach other. They smiled, and Steven wiped happy tears from Joslyn’s face, and I stood back for a bit letting them have this moment together to themselves.

After the first look we took some photos around the temple grounds then headed to a nearby park to finish off the session, and it was so fun to meet and get to know them a bit. Over the next few days we would spend quite a bit of time together, and now I would consider these two dear friends. I can’t wait to blog their wedding day, but for now enjoy their sweet first look and some bridal photos. 🙂
